Childcare Assistance

One fringe benefit that can critically assist employees’ work-life balance- and productivity at your business- is childcare assistance. Childcare allows many parents to work at locations and times that they otherwise couldn’t. Employers generally provide childcare assistance in the following ways: 

  • Employer funding of childcare. Employer makes full or partial payment for the cost of childcare services, regardless of location.
  • On-site childcare. Employer manages a childcare facility at the work site.
