Equal Pay in New Jersey (NJ)

On July 1, 2018, the Equal Pay Act goes into effect in New Jersey. This new law generally covers all private employers in New Jersey and expands coverage of an existing New Jersey law to make discrimination in wages on the basis of any protected class an unlawful employment practice.
