How do I maintain interest and motivation?

Now that you have planned and built your worksite obesity prevention program, it is time to promote it to your employees.

This section will help you engage all members of your organization, including those employees who are at highest risk for health issues related to obesity, such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, stroke, coronary heart disease, high cholesterol and certain types of cancer.  It will also provide suggestions and examples on how to effectively communicate with participants throughout your program.

Many organizations have found that incentives can encourage employee participation. Incentives can be financial and innovative ideas that motivate employees. This section will provide you with examples of different types of incentives that can be offered in organizations of any size.
